Service health

Live status for the vendors you depend on — checked from their own status pages, no login required

This checks each vendor's own public status page right now — nothing is stored, nothing is polled in the background. A few vendors (marked "Check manually") don't publish a public status feed that can be checked without signing in, so those link straight to the official page instead of guessing.
Checking…

Is it them or us?

  1. Check the vendor’s status here.
  2. If the vendor reports no problem, test your own side: can you reach other sites? Use ping, traceroute and DNS lookup on the service’s address.
  3. Ask a colleague on another network to try — if it works for them, the problem is local.

Status pages lag behind

Vendors usually post an incident some time after problems start, and a green status page doesn’t prove every customer is fine. For Microsoft 365, the Service health page in the Microsoft 365 admin centre shows incidents that affect your own tenant, which often never appear on the public status page.
